Take Away:
– A better understanding of the unique personality styles that make up your team.
– Ways to communicate effectively with team members.
– Principles to handle conflict resolution more effectively.
– Participate in equine facilitated learning initiatives (EX. leading horses through obstacles on the ground as a group). The horse activities do not include riding horseback. The focus is using the horse as a tool to create better communication and problem solving skills as a team.
– Lunch: Sandwiches, sides, Tea & Water provided.

Registration fee $395 per organization for up to 5 team members. $75 for each additional participant.
