Meet the Director
Hey ya’ll! Welcome to our website and let me introduce myself. I am Kristin Kirkland, mother of four beautiful children and Director of Grace Equine where we serve disabled and able body kids through lessons, camp, retreats, reading, and coaching. Currently, I am writing curriculum to share with Christian Horse programs and families to use at home with their own horsemanship. My passion is working with children and youth in an impactful way to encourage their emotional and spiritual growth through connection of horsemanship. I have a ministry degree in Outdoor Leadership Ministry from John Brown University. I am also a Registered Theraputic Riding Instructor with PATH, Intl., CPR certified, and Certified Life Coach through Light University. I have a strong servant heart to see kids thrive and feel valued as they truly are by God so much so that he planted me in Sunset, TX of all places away from my home state of Mississippi over 19 years ago.
